    We have a very useful size guide available for you, including a size generator. We also have our models' measurements (underbust, bust, waist, hips) displayed on each product page. However, if you have specific questions about your size please contact info@louswim.com.

    Please note the FIO bikini top runs small so we recommend you view the information we have on the band size and maximum stretch to see what size will fit you best and whether you need to size up. For example if you are 71cm underbust usually you are a size XS but a size XS FIO top is 64cm band with 72cm at maximum stretch so we would recommend you size up to a size S.

    Our swimsuits are catered to small chests which is 1-4 inch difference between your underbust and bust measurement.

    E.g. 30" underbust and 31" bust (1" difference)
    E.g. 28" underbust and 32" bust (4" difference)

    If you are 5-6 inch difference, we recommend you sizing up one size.

    E.g. 30" underbust and 36" bust (6" difference) we recommend sizing up from size S to size M.

    Unfortunately our swimsuits are not flattering for chests with 7+ inch difference. That is what makes our swimsuits so special, they are genuinely designed with the small chested women in mind.

    All our swimsuits are already designed specifically for small chests (those in the IBTC with 1-4 inch difference between your underbust and bust) so you do not need to size down just because you are concerned about the cup size. Please follow your underbust measurement for your size.

    The only time we would recommend sizing down is if you prefer a snug fit or if the shoulder straps are not adjustable and you have a short torso.

    Order

    Please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply contact info@louswim.com.

    If an error message keeps occurring in your checkout process, more often than not there is a credit card problem, or a defect with the billing or shipping address you are trying to use. To fix this error, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. You can also try shopping from a new browser or using a different payment method such as PayPal. If the error message keeps re-occurring, please contact info@louswim.com.

    After you place your order on louswim.com, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once it has been processed. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact info@louswim.com.

    Generally we are unable to make manual changes, however if the order has not been shipped it may be possible. We process orders quickly, so changes cannot always be accommodated. Please immediately contact info@louswim.com with your change request details included in the email. Please note our customer care team works on a different time zone to some of our international customers.

    What you may be seeing is an authorisation. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorisation will clear and you will see one charge for the order you have placed. Please note that your bank may take up to 48 hours to clear the authorisation. If you need help speeding up the process you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

    Please only click the ‘Complete Order’ button once during checkout and allow this to finish processing to avoid duplicate orders being placed.

    Shipping

    Tracking updates at times don’t reflect the exact location of your parcel. Please allow ample time for tracking to update as this may occur when the parcel reaches the delivery postal depot.

    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder.

    Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays and the delivery time frame excludes delays caused during international custom’s processing.

    Packages in most countries must be picked up from the local post office within 7 days of failed delivery. After this, they will be returned to sender.

    Please inform us as soon as possible once you find out that your package has been returned to sender. We will re-ship your order immediately (if your items are in stock) or wait for your package to be returned before we re-ship it to you (if it is the last item in stock).

    The free shipping offer will not be available under these circumstanced and you will be required to pay for the actual shipping cost that LOU Swim incurs in re-shipping the items to you.

    Alternatively you can request for a store credit. The actual shipping cost incurred by LOU Swim to ship the items to you will be deducted from your store credit before it is issued to you.

    Returns

    There are no exchanges available on sale items displayed on our Sale page. All sale items are sold as final sale only.

    Certainly! To process an exchange, please email us your order number at info@louswim.com and let us know what you would like to exchange for.

    What items are exchangeable?
    Items must be:

    • purchased in the last 30 days;
    • full priced (any items not found on our Sale page); and
    • in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging.

    What items are non-exchangeable?

    • Sale items displayed on the Sale page.
    • Items purchased with a discount code.
    • Free gifts or promotional items.
    • Items that have been worn or are soiled/stained. 
    • Items marked as "final sale" on the product page e.g. panties.       
    • To process an exchange, please email us your order number at info@louswim.com.
    • Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning.
    • We accept items purchased from louswim.com in new condition with tags and liners intact for store credit (unless it is a sale item or "final sale").
    • LOU Swim does not issue refunds unless special circumstances apply.
    • Please note sale items (other than Set Value Deals) are not eligible for return, including items purchased using a discount code.
    • We understand that buying sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please contact our Customer Care team at info@louswim.com and review our size guide before placing your order. No exceptions can be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues on final sale items.
    • For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained.
    • Panties are final sale for hygiene reasons.
    • You have 30 days from the day you purchased your items to send them back to us for store credit or exchange.
    • All returned items will automatically receive a store credit valid for a minimum of 12 months which can be used storewide, online only.
    • Return packages must be shipped using a traceable method (tracking number). LOU Swim is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning.
    • Returns will only be accepted for items in their original condition, LOU Swim holds the right to refuse an exchange if a product is returned damaged or soiled.
    • We are confident you’ll love your pieces however if there are any issues with quality or a fault we will resolve this quickly. Please contact info@louswim.com.

    Other

    We recommend you follow this to ensure you can wear your LOU Swim bikinis for many more years to come and help reduce fashion waste:

    1. Hand washing your swimwear in fresh cold water as soon as possible after wearing. Squeeze out the water, don't wring, and leave out in the sun to dry afterwards.
    2. If the swimwear has been exposed to chlorinated water, handwash using a mild soap. Chlorine that is not washed away with soap can eat away at your swimwear and degrade the fabric.
    3. Do not machine wash with machine detergents (these are too strong for swimwear fabrics). If you are to use a detergent to hand wash your swimwear we recommend a gentle detergent with no moisturisers, or a gentle detergent specifically formulated such as The Lab Co they use natural plant derived and biodegradable ingredients).
    4. Avoid crushing or flipping the cups inside out as this will affect the shape of the cups.
    5. Make sure your swimwear is completely dry before storing.
    6. If possible, limit exposure of your swimwear to sunscreen, tanning cream, and chlorine. While our fabric is resilient to these products, it can still damage and discolour swimwear if constantly exposed to them.
    7. Be cautious of rough surfaces as this can cause pulling and snagging in the fabric. 
    8. Avoid wearing your swimwear in hot water such as hot tubs. Spandex will disintegrate quickly (usually around 8 weeks) when worn in a heated pool twice a week for 30 minutes each session.
