Requirements & Eligibility

• Verified Customer: Must have purchased at least one item directly from LOU prior to joining.
• Public Profile & Age: Must maintain a public Instagram or TikTok profile and be at least 18 years of age.
• Continued Activity: To remain an active ambassador and retain your 20% personal discount, you agree to share at least one (1) main feed post/Reel/TikTok or two (2) Instagram Stories featuring LOU every 6 months.
• Tagging & Hashtags: You must tag @lou.swim and use #IBTCbyLOU or #LOUAmbassador.
• Ad Compliance: You must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in accordance with local regulations (e.g., using #ad, #gifted, or #ambassador prominently).
• UGC License: By tagging LOU or uploading content as an ambassador, you grant LOU a non-exclusive, worldwide royalty-free license to repost, share, and utilise your media across organic social channels, email marketing, and website product pages with full creator credit.
• Brand Representation: Ambassadors are expected to foster a positive, supportive, and body-confident space. Any content or behavior that reflects negatively on LOU or violates our community guidelines will result in immediate removal from the program.
• Program Maintenance: LOU reserves the right to deactivate affiliate codes and remove accounts that have been inactive for more than 90 consecutive days.
